Soo... Nintendo named their next generation console (formerly Revolution) to the Nintendo Wii, pronounced "We".
Personally, I think this is just an added deterent to prevent people from saying it sucks. This is because nobody would want to say Wii blow, or Wii suck, because then they are implicating that they themselves suck. On the other hand, Wii rock, or Wii is awesome is awkward grammar but is much more positive to the ego when said.
