Now Company B wants to bring all IT support inhouse and is offering everyone in Company A same position but as Company B employee. Company A is huge global consulting firm represented by Tiger Woods. Do get mad stock options or anything if you switch the the fast growing company? If all you get is the same position then there's no benefit to switching over. Probably safer to stick with the Tiger Woods company in that case. Plus, you won't be stuck doing energy IT support forever, since the company is pretty diverse; with the project ending, you'll get to work on something new!
