M treated us to a meal at Tokyo One today. Giant buffet type restaurants are pretty popular down here but what set this one apart was the seafood. They had wonderfully cooked crab and many different kinds of sushi. They also have this deliciously tender BBQ lamb chop. Because of a special occasion happening tomorrow, we were presented with this as a parting gift.
