Because of the many famines, the Chinese know how to utilize just about any animal as foodstuffs. I took this picture at a local Chinese herbal medicine store. Whereas this product is supposed to be one of the leading health products, the English translation may prevent this product from ever achieving the same level of popularity here in the US.
