After reading this article, I got to thinking: How much livestock would you be worth? For me, I would say probably 20 chickens and 5 cows. If I could cook better, maybe bump it up to 6 cows or so...

aww thats kind of cute. THey should at least give him a reply. Although I don't know what is the average price for a bride there.. maybe he is being cheap. *shrug*.
I generally think cows are worth more than goats and chickens. you gotta think long term. well, unless chicken is very good at laying eggs.
